Sujit Kumar Maddheshiya
Role: Supreme Head, Legal Approver & Strategic Leader
He leads the vision of advancing education, AI literacy, entrepreneurship and employability skills for students from class 6 through to postgraduate level, and sets the strategic direction of the organisation.
Niraj Kumar
Role: Operations & Execution Head (Reports to Board/President)
He drives the day-to-day running of the organisation, the management of field operations and the effective delivery of student-facing initiatives.
Chitaranjan Kumar
Role: Finance & Corporate Partnerships Head
He contributes to the Foundation's expansion, institutional partnerships, corporate engagement and the development of new projects and opportunities for students in higher education.
How we are governed
As a Section 8 company, our governance is set out in law and in our own documents.
Board of Directors
The board sets strategy and approves budgets, programmes and partnerships. It meets regularly and its decisions are minuted.
No profit distribution
As a Section 8 company, no profit or dividend may be distributed to members. Every surplus is applied to our objects.
Statutory compliance
Annual filings with the Registrar of Companies and the Income Tax Department, with accounts audited by an independent auditor.
